What the Sub-Zero Repair Warranty Covers
- Parts: any genuine Sub Zero part we installed, such as a fan motor, heater, sensor, water valve, control board, gasket or compressor.
- Labor: any workmanship fault. If the same temperature fault, leak, noise, frost or service light comes back, we return.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The fault returned. What do I do?
Phone us with the repair date and the Sub-Zero model and serial number. We send a certified Sub Zero technician back, often the same day, and a covered fault is fixed free of charge.
Is a different, new fault covered?
No. Cover applies to the part we repaired or replaced and our labor. If another component fails, it gets its own diagnosis and written estimate.
